These terms of service apply to the use of Luna Flo. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Please read the terms carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use Luna Flo.

1. About Luna Flo

Luna Flo is a wellness and lifestyle app for cycle tracking, women's health, nutrition, exercise, symptoms, mood, fertility-related insights, and AI-based support.

The app is intended to help you understand patterns in your body and provide general guidance based on the information you register yourself.

2. Not medical advice

Luna Flo is not a medical product, medical device, contraceptive, or replacement for doctors, midwives, gynecologists, dietitians, psychologists, or other licensed healthcare professionals.

Information in the app, including forecasts, AI responses, recommendations, nutrition advice, exercise advice, and cycle insights, is only general information and personal wellness support.

The content must not be used to diagnose, treat disease, make medical decisions, or replace professional care.

For severe pain, heavy bleeding, missed period, suspected pregnancy, unusual symptoms, fertility issues, or acute concerns, you should contact healthcare services.

3. Must not be used as contraception

Luna Flo must not be used as contraception.

The app's fertility forecasts, ovulation calculations, and cycle-based estimates are not sufficient to prevent pregnancy. You must not use the app as the only method to avoid pregnancy.

If you need contraception or fertility counseling, you should contact healthcare services.

4. AI features

Luna Flo may include AI features that provide support, insights, explanations, and recommendations based on information you register in the app.

AI responses are generated automatically and may be incorrect, incomplete, or misinterpret your situation. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use AI responses.

AI features must not be used for medical diagnosis, treatment, or acute health decisions.

5. Nutrition, exercise, and health-related features

Features for nutrition, calories, macros, recipes, exercise, goals, and health-related recommendations are estimates.

Results and recommendations may be affected by incorrect inputs, technical limitations, or individual differences.

You are solely responsible for assessing whether advice, exercises, meal suggestions, or recommendations suit your body, health, and life situation.

Stop exercise or dietary changes and contact healthcare services if you experience pain, discomfort, or other health problems.

6. Your responsibility as a user

You are responsible for:

• ensuring that information you register is correct as far as possible
• how you use information, forecasts, and recommendations in the app
• not using the app in medical emergencies
• not using the app as contraception
• protecting your login credentials
• using the app in a legal and responsible manner

You must not use Luna Flo to harm, disrupt, overload, or manipulate the app, our systems, or other users.

7. Account and security

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and protecting your login credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should contact us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the app if the account is used in violation of these terms, the law, or in a way that may harm the app, other users, or our systems.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Luna Flo may offer premium features through subscription or in-app purchases.

Payments are normally handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically if not canceled according to the rules of the platform where the purchase was made.

You are solely responsible for managing, terminating, or changing your subscription via Apple App Store or Google Play.

Luna Flo is not responsible for payment issues, refunds, or subscription management controlled by Apple or Google.

9. Availability and changes to the app

We strive for Luna Flo to work stably and securely, but we do not guarantee that the app is always available, error-free, or free from interruptions.

Features may be changed, improved, restricted, or removed over time. We may also temporarily shut down the app or certain features for maintenance, security, updates, or technical measures.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from technical errors, interruptions, incorrect forecasts, or the app being unavailable.

10. Intellectual property rights

Luna Flo, including design, text, graphics, logo, features, code, content, and trademark, belongs to Sunnysoft or its licensors.

You may use the app for personal use according to these terms. You may not copy, sell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the app commercially without written permission.

11. User-generated information

You retain the rights to the information you register in the app.

By using the app, you give Luna Flo the right to process the information to the extent required to provide the app's features, such as cycle history, forecasts, AI support, syncing, nutrition, and exercise features.

12. Limitation of liability

Luna Flo is provided as is.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, data loss, lost profits, incorrect decisions, or damages arising from the use of the app, including AI responses, forecasts, fertility estimates, nutrition advice, or exercise recommendations.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that may not be limited under applicable law.

13. Age limit

Luna Flo is not intended for persons under the age required by applicable law to independently enter into agreements or consent to the processing of personal data.

If you are under this age, you may only use the app with the consent of a guardian, where such consent is permitted and applicable.

14. Termination and account closure

You may stop using Luna Flo at any time.

If the app offers account deletion, you may request that your account and associated information be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms, misuse the app, or use it in a way that may harm us, other users, or our systems.
