Welcome to DRSSR. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About DRSSR

DRSSR is a digital wardrobe and AI styling app designed to help users organize clothing, generate outfit ideas, save inspiration, and plan outfits.

DRSSR is intended for personal and entertainment use only.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features in DRSSR require a paid subscription ("DRSSR Premium").

Premium may include:

• AI outfit generation
• AI clothing analysis
• Additional Studio features

Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple App Store account unless canceled before renewal.

Pricing may change in the future. Any changes will be communicated through the App Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

3. No User Accounts

DRSSR currently does not require account creation.

Your wardrobe data and app content are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

If you delete the app, your stored data may also be deleted permanently.

4. AI Features

DRSSR uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions, clothing analysis, and styling recommendations.

AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or not match personal preferences perfectly.

DRSSR does not guarantee any specific fashion, styling, or aesthetic results.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any images or wardrobe content you upload into the app.

By using DRSSR, you confirm that:

• you own or have permission to use uploaded images
• your content does not violate laws or third-party rights

You are responsible for all content added to the app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer or copy the app
• abuse or overload AI systems
• use the app for illegal purposes
• attempt unauthorized access to services or systems

7. Availability

We aim to keep DRSSR available and functioning smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

8. Limitation of Liability

DRSSR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRSSR and its developers are not liable for:

• loss of data
• service interruptions
• AI inaccuracies
• indirect or consequential damages

9. Privacy

DRSSR does not require user accounts.

Any subscription payments are handled securely through Apple and are subject to Apple's own policies.
